摘要
高校在开展就业创业指导工作过程中应重视大学生主体性地位,强调对大学生创新创业精神的培育和正确就业观的引导。但现阶段,受多重因素影响和限制,高校就业创业指导在工作理念、工作形式、工作队伍及校企合作等方面存在诸多问题。为此,高校应变革就业创业指导理念,借助必要的培训和学习交流活动提升就业创业指导工作者的综合素质与专业化水平,变革指导工作形式,深度实践校企合作,强化就业创业指导工作的针对性,促进大学生实现高质量就业。
In the process of employment and entrepreneurship guidance,colleges and universities should attach importance to the initiative of college students,and emphasize the cultivation of college students’innovative and entrepreneurial spirits and proper outlook on employment.However,at this stage,affected or even restricted by multiple factors,there are many problems in terms of notion,form,personnel,schoolenterprise cooperation and etc.To address these issues,colleges and universities should change their guiding concept,improve the comprehensive qualities and professional level of the personnel concerned through necessary training and exchange activities,change the forms of guidance work,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen the pertinence of employment and entrepreneurship guidance work,and promote college students’high-quality employment.
