摘要
目的设计构建融合中医专家思维的问诊信息模型及应用系统,以助力中医问诊业务模式的数智化转型。方法通过收集、整理中医病-证-症量表信息、中医专家学术经验总结和专家医案信息,采用本体和语义网技术,构建中医专家问诊信息模型,结合多客户端交互的应用系统架构设计,支撑中医专家智能问诊系统的研发。结果该信息模型可模拟中医专家问诊思维过程,加强高质量中医临床数据的建设,促进中医专家问诊流程的智能化。结论由此设计构建的信息模型和系统应用,可为研究探索提高中医专家接诊效率、辅助科研项目发现、建设高质量中医临床数据提供借鉴和参考。
Objective To design and build an inquiry information model and application system fusing TCM experts'thinking,so as to facilitate the digital transformation of TCM inquiry business model.Methods By collecting and organizing TCM disease-evidence-symptom scale information,TCM experts'academic experience summaries and experts'medical case information,we adopt ontology and semantic web technologies to build TCM experts'inquiry information model.Combined with the multi-client interactive application system architecture design,it supports the development of intelligent inquiry system for TCM experts.Results The information model can simulate the thinking process of TCM experts'inquiry,enhance the construction of high-quality TCM clinical data,and promote the intelligent transformation of TCM experts'inquiry process.Conclusion The information model and system application designed and constructed can provide a reference for researching and exploring to improve the efficiency of receiving specialist clinics,aiding research point discovery,and building high-quality TCM clinical data.
