原料配比对煤矸石膏体工作性能和抗压强度的影响 被引量:2

Effect of raw material ratio on the performance and compressive strength of coal gangue paste

摘要 针对充填材料成本过高、性能欠优的状况,结合煤矸石等大宗固废资源化再利用等问题,以煤矸石为骨料,粉煤灰、矿渣和水泥为胶凝材料,聚羧酸减水剂和水玻璃为外加剂,制备早强型煤矸石膏体充填材料。重点研究了胶凝材料用量及配比对煤矸石膏体工作性能和抗压强度的影响,结果表明,随着胶凝材料用量的减少,新鲜膏体坍落度先增大后减小,泌水率先减小后增大,胶凝材料最佳用量约为25%;随着胶凝材料中水泥掺比量的减少和矿渣用量的增加,膏体坍落度小幅增加,膏体试块3~28 d的抗压强度稳步上升,煤矸石膏体制备原料最优配比为煤矸石∶粉煤灰∶矿渣粉∶水泥=75∶13∶6∶6,而新鲜膏体坍落度为26.5 cm,1 h后坍落度为25.1 cm,泌水率为6.21%,膏体无分层离析现象;膏体2 h后抗压强度可达0.06 MPa,28 d抗压强度可达10.5 MPa。 Aiming at the high cost and poor performance of filling materials,combined with the resource reuse of bulk solid wastes such as coal gangue,the early-strength coal gangue paste filling materials were prepared by taking coal gangue as aggregate,fly ash,slag and cement as cementing materials,polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent and sodium silicate as admixture,and the influences of the content and proportion of cementing materials on the performance and compressive strength of coal gangue paste was studied.The results showed that with the decrease of the cementation material,the slump of fresh paste increased first and then decreased,the bleeding rate decreased first and then increased,and the optimal content of cementing material was about 25%;as the cement content in the cementing material decreased and the content of slag increased,the slump of the paste increased slightly,and the compressive strength of paste test blocks of 3 to 28 days increased steadily.The optimal ratio of raw materials prepared by coal gangue paste was that coal gangue∶fly ash∶slag powder∶cement=75∶13∶6∶6,while the slump of fresh paste was 26.5 cm,the slump after 1 h was 25.1 cm,and the bleeding rate was 6.21%,and there was no stratification and segregation phenomenon to the paste.The paste's compressive strength had reached 0.06 MPa after 2 hours and 10.5 MPa after 28 days.
