摘要
中国是海洋大国,岛屿众多,实现海洋低碳清洁能源利用是建设海洋强国的重要战略目标。针对偏远海岛的用能需求、资源现状和供能现状,首先分析了海岛居民的日常用电需求,采用不同用电负荷的同时系数方法,计算海岛的电力负荷情况;然后为充分利用海岛丰富的风能、太阳能和潮汐能资源,设计了一种低碳型海岛风光潮储供电系统,同时结合无土栽培温室大棚、固体废弃物回收利用、主动式太阳能蒸馏等前瞻性创新技术,构建低碳型海岛能源系统;通过分析海岛的资源特点,根据电力负荷需求对该供电系统进行设备选型;该供电系统可提供多种供电模式,通过自动切换为负载提供高质量电能。最后,基于EnergyPLAN模型对所设计的低碳型海岛风光潮储供电系统的合理性进行了验证,结果表明:低碳型海岛风光潮储供电系统能够实现海岛的电力供需平衡。该供电系统能够满足海岛居民的用电需求,可实现海岛的低碳可持续发展,为独立海岛供电系统的建设及优化提供了解决方案。
China is a large marine country with numerous islands,and achieving low-carbon and clean energy utilization in the ocean is an important strategic goal for building a powerful country in ocean.This paper focuses on the energy demand,resource status,and current status of energy supply of remote islands,firstly,it analyzes the daily electricity demand of island residents,and uses the simultaneous coefficient method of different electricity loads to calculate the electricity load situation of the island.In order to make full use of the abundant wind,solar and tidal energy resources of island,a low-carbon wind-solar-tidal-storage power supply system for islands is designed.At the same time,a low-carbon island energy system is constructed by combining forward-looking innovative technologies such as soilless cultivation greenhouse,solid waste recycling and utilization,and active solar distillation.By analyzing the resource characteristics of the island and selecting equipment for the power supply system based on the power load demand.The power supply system can provide multiple power supply modes and provide high-quality power to the load through automatic switching.Finally,the rationality of the designed low-carbon wind-solar-tidal-storage power supply system for islands is verified based on the EnergyPLAN model.The results showed that the low-carbon wind-solar-tidal-storage power supply system for islands can achieve a balance between power supply and demand on the island.The power supply system can meet the electricity needs of island residents,achieve low-carbon and sustainable development of the island,and provide a solution for the construction and optimization of independent island power supply systems.
