摘要
乡村振兴战略的实施对职业教育创新创业人才培养提出新要求,职业教育需要根据乡村振兴人才需求,制定有针对性的创新创业人才培养方案,推动乡村振兴战略快速实现的同时,促进职业教育学生获得更好就业与发展。该文基于乡村振兴战略与职业教育创新创业人才培养的耦合互动,分析乡村振兴战略背景下职业教育创新创业人才培养存在的问题,最后从加强人才需求分析、促进专创深度融合、深化校企之间合作、培植服务农村情怀等方面入手,提出几点职业教育创新创业人才培养优化策略,以供参考。
The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational education.Vocational education needs to formulate targeted training programs for innovative and entrepreneurial talents according to the needs of rural rejuvenation talents,so as to promote the rapid realization of the rural revitalization strategy and promote vocational education students to obtain better employment and development.Based on the coupling interaction between the strategy of rural revitalization and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational education,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational education in the context of rural revitalization strategy.Finally,from the aspects of strengthening the demand analysis of talents,promoting the deep integration of innovation,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and cultivating the feelings of serving rural areas,the paper puts forward several optimization strategies for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in vocational education for reference.
