摘要
“化工原理实验”是酿酒工程专业的一门重要的专业基础课程。通过该课程的学习,学生受到系统、严格的工程实践训练,提高了动手能力、分析和解决复杂问题的能力。为了提高酿酒工程专业“化工原理实验”的教学效果,开展了对本课程教学情况的问卷调查,并基于本次调查研究,提出了相应的教学改进措施。
Experiment for Unit operations of chemical engineering is an important professional basic course for the specialty of brewing engineering.This course will give the students the opportunity to receive the systematic and strict engineering experiment training,to improve their hands-on ability,and to enhance their ability to analyze and solve complex problems.In order to improve the teaching effect of the course for brewing engineering specialty of our university,a questionnaire survey of the teaching situation was carried out.Basing on the survey,the corresponding teaching improvement measures were also proposed.
