摘要
分析一起高层建筑电缆井火灾调查案例,从火场痕迹特征、调查询问、电子证据、物证鉴定等多方面,阐述认定起火时间、起火部位、起火点和起火原因的依据,总结电缆井火灾调查难点和调查方法,并引申出火灾事故延伸调查的方向和重点,构建火灾原因认定、事故查处、问题整改全链条机制,为类似火灾调查工作提供借鉴。
Based on the analysis of the investigation of cable well fire in a high-rise building,this paper expounds the basis for identifying the fire time,fire location,fire point and fire cause from the aspects of fire trace characteristics,investigation and inquiry,electronic evidence,physical evidence identification,etc.,summarizes the difficulties and investigation methods of cable well fire investigation,and further discusses the direction and focus of extended fire accident investigation,and constructs a full chain mechanism for fire cause identification,accident investigation and handling,and problem rectification,in order to provide reference for similar fire investigation.
