公路桥梁板式橡胶支座串动成因分析及对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 以某公路桥梁定期检测项目为依托,针对新建桥梁存在大量四氟板式橡胶支座串动错位、部分支座错位严重的情况进行分析研究。从桥梁设计、施工、养护等方面对其成因进行分析,综合桥梁使用环境、交通流量现状以及措施可行性等方面进行具体分析,并提出相应的处治措施。结果表明,处治措施合理有效,能够有效处治该桥梁板式橡胶支座串动错位的问题,对运营中桥梁支座的日常养护具有一定的指导意义,并对日后新建桥梁的设计、施工等方面起到一定借鉴意义。 This article relies on a regular inspection project for a certain highway bridge to analyze and study the serious misalignment of a large number of PTFE plate rubber bearings and some bearings in a newly built bridge in recent years.Analyze the causes of bridge design,construction,maintenance,and other aspects,comprehensively analyze the specific problems of bridge usage environment,traffic flow status,and feasibility of measures,and propose corresponding treatment measures.The engineering practice results show that the treatment measures proposed in this article are reasonable and effective,and can effectively address the problem of the displacement of the bridge's plate rubber bearings.It has certain guiding significance for the daily maintenance of bridge beam bearings in operation,and has certain reference significance for the design and construction of new bridges in the future.
