摘要
文章依托苏州6号线某工程实例,针对小垂直净距下穿越运营线路隧道的特殊工况,提出了具有一定创新性的盾构施工工法,总结了盾构掘进参数确定、自动化过程监测、同步及补偿注浆等具体操作工艺,成功解决了长距离穿越小垂直净距下既有线路隧道的难题,以期为类似穿越既有运营线路的盾构施工提供参考。
Based on an engineering example of Suzhou Line 6,this paper puts forward an innovative shield construction method for the special working conditions of crossing operating line tunnels under small vertical clearance,and summarizes the specific operation techniques such as shield tunneling parameter determination,automatic process monitoring,synchronization and compensation grouting,which successfully solves the problem of long-distance crossing the existing line tunnels under small vertical clearance,so as to provide reference for similar shield construction of crossing the existing operating lines.
