摘要
为有效提升轮式拖拉机设计过程中用户的使用满意度,提出一种基于AHP和TOPSIS的方案设计评价方法,并以轮式拖拉机设计为例进行评估和验证。围绕影响轮式拖拉机装备的功能、维护、品牌、人机和外观等方面构建层次分析模型,确定轮式拖拉机设计方案中不同指标的判断矩阵及权重值。运用逼近理想解排序法对3款轮式拖拉机方案进行综合评价优选,根据专家评分的方式创建评价矩阵,根据得出的权重值,计算出正负理想解和各个备选方案的相对贴合度,从而选择出较优方案,有效实现轮式拖拉机设计方案的评估,为农业机械的设计评价提供数据化参考。
In order to effectively improve the user's satisfaction with the wheel tractor design process,a scheme design evaluation method based on AHP and TOPSIS is proposed,and the wheel tractor design is evaluated and verified as an example.The hierarchical analysis model is built around the functions,maintenance,brand,man-machine and appearance that affect the wheeled tractor equipment,and the judgment matrix and weight values of different indicators in the wheeled tractor design scheme are determined.The approximate ideal solution sorting method is used to synthetically evaluate and optimize the three wheeled tractor schemes.The evaluation matrix is created according to the expert's rating method.Based on the weight value obtained,the positive and negative ideal solutions and the relative sticking progress of each alternative scheme are calculated.The better scheme is selected,the evaluation of wheeled tractor design scheme is realized effectively,and the databased reference is provided for the design and evaluation of agricultural machinery.
