摘要
目的 研究《中国中医骨伤科杂志》《中医正骨》《中国骨伤》发表论文中骨伤方剂与中药用药现状与特点,分析骨伤方剂的研究动态及发展趋势,为中医方药治疗骨伤科疾病提供依据。方法 检索2011—2021年刊发在《中国中医骨伤科杂志》《中医正骨》《中国骨伤》的文献,提取3种杂志中刊登的所有有关骨伤方剂与中药的文献,统计文献量占比、文献研究类型,骨伤方剂与中药治疗疾病的种类、使用频率,并对方剂的功效、用药规律、证型进行分析。结果 《中国中医骨伤科杂志》《中医正骨》《中国骨伤》在2011年1月1日—2021年12月31日期间共发表文献4675篇,涉及中医骨伤方剂文献624篇,方剂294首,中药152味。3种杂志刊发中医骨伤方剂文献数量占总发表文献数量的13.35%,其中《中国中医骨伤科杂志》404篇(24.09%)、《中医正骨》202篇(13.43%)、《中国骨伤》18篇(1.20%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);频次前3的研究类型为临床试验320篇(51.28%)、动物实验133篇(21.31%)、名医经验75篇(12.02%)。临床主要研究疾病为膝骨关节炎57篇(18.10%)、术后用药52篇(16.51%)、骨质疏松症27篇(8.57%)、腰椎间盘突出症26篇(8.25%)、骨折23篇(7.30%)、颈椎病17篇(5.40%)、软组织损伤14篇(4.44%),股骨头坏死12篇(3.81%);临床试验文献的治疗方式及其占比分别有单用口服方剂(34.60%)、单用外用方剂(13.97%)、联合中医适宜技术治疗(13.02%)、联合手术治疗(10.79%)、联合西药外用(6.67%)、联合西药内服(5.40%)、联合理疗(4.76%)、联合综合治疗(4.13%)、联合医疗练功(3.49%)、口服与外用方剂联用(3.17%)。动物实验文献研究的主要疾病类型为:膝骨关节炎28篇(21.05%)、骨质疏松症23篇(17.29%)、腰椎间盘突出症17篇(12.78%)、颈椎病12篇(9.02%)、骨折9篇(6.77%)、股骨头坏死8篇(6.02%)、术后用药6篇(4.51%)、软组织损伤3篇(2.26%)。临床试验骨伤口�
Objective To study the current situation and characteristics of prescriptions and Chinese medicines for orthopedic diseases in the papers published in the Chinese Journal of Traditional Medical Traumatology&Orthopedics,The Journal of Traditional Chinese Orthopedics and Traumatology,and China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology,predict the research and development trends of relevant prescriptions,and provide a basis for the treatment of orthopedic diseases with prescriptions and Chinese medicines.Methods The relevant articles published in the three journals from 2011 to 2021 were retrieved.The proportion of relevant articles,the research types,and the types and frequency of prescrip-tions and Chinese medicines used for treating orthopedic diseases were counted.The efficacy,medication rules,and syn-drome types of the prescriptions were analyzed.Results A total of 4675 articles were published in Chinese Journal of Tra-ditional Medical Traumatology&Orthopedics,The Journal of Traditional Chinese Orthopedics and Traumatology,and China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology from January 1,2011 to December 31,2021,including 624 articles which in-volved 294 prescriptions and 152 Chinese medicines.The number of articles using prescriptions for treating orthopedic dis-eases accounted for 13.35%of the total number of published articles.During the study period,Chinese Journal of Tradi-tional Medical Traumatology&Orthopedics,The Journal of Traditional Chinese Orthopedics and Traumatology,and China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology published 404(24.09%),202(13.43%),and 18(1.20%)relevant articles,respectively,which showed significant differences(P<0.01).The top three research types were clinical trials(320 arti-cles,51.28%),animal experiments(133 articles,21.31%),and famous physicians′experience(75 articles,12.02%).The main diseases studied were knee osteoarthritis(57 articles,18.10%),postoperative medication(52 articles,16.51%),osteoporosis(27 articles,8.57%),lumbar disc herniation(26 articles,8.25%),fracture(23
