摘要
装配式混凝土建筑是在我国产业现代化进程推进过程应运而生的新型建造模式,传统的工艺和工法为能适应新的建造方式需要经过不断的改进和升级才能适应产业转型和技术升级的需求。论文就钢筋机械连接技术在装配式混凝土结构的应用上容易出现的质量问题以及防控措施加以研究,并提出一些建议,力求将传统成熟工艺在产业转型过程中通过技术改造升级,继续发挥应有的作用,并为设计者和使用者提供多种类型的装配式混凝土结构钢筋连接技术的选择。
Prefabricated concrete building is a new construction mode that emerged during the process of industrial modernization in our country,in order to adapt to the new construction mode,the traditional process and construction method need to be continuously improved and upgraded to meet the needs of industrial transformation and technological upgrading.This paper studies the quality problems and prevention and control measures that tend to occur in the application of steel mechanical connection technology in prefabricated concrete structures,and puts forward some suggestions,striving to upgrade the traditional mature technology through technological transformation and continue to play its due role in the process of industrial transformation,which can provide designers and users with a variety of options for the connection technology of prefabricated concrete structures.
