摘要
为分析大型印染废水处理项目的经济性,文章以设计规模为1×10^(5)m^(3)/d的广东某园区印染废水处理工程为例,对该厂的工程投资、投资指标及经营成本进行分析,并提出投资节约和成本控制措施。该工程投资指标为5056万元/t,单位处理水经营成本为2.51元/m^(3)。通过选择合适的生化处理工艺,优化池体架构,控制设备价格,实现了大型印染废水处理项目投资、成本和效益的最优化。
In order to analyze the economy of large-scale printing and dyeing wastewater treatment projects,taking the printing and dyeing wastewater treatment project of 1×10^(5)m^(3)/d in a park in Guangdong as an example,this paper analyzes the project investment,investment index and operating cost of the plant,and puts forward investment saving and cost control measures.The investment index of the project is 50.56 million yuan/t,and the operating cost per unit of treated water is 2.51 yuan/m^(3).By selecting the appropriate biochemical treatment process,optimizing the pool structure and controlling the equipment price,the investment,cost and benefit of large-scale printing and dyeing wastewater treatment project are optimized.
