摘要
背街小巷整治工程不是单纯的环境治理,涉及城市建设管理的方方面面。为了更好地指导背街小巷整治工程有序高效进行,文章以白杨街道街区空间为例,提出了背街小巷整治的目标和原则,整治红线框定原则,以及不同的整治标准和整治要求,探讨各整治要素的评估标准,使整治项目满足“路平、灯亮、整洁、有序、绿色、特色”的整治要求。
The renovation projects of alleys in the back street is not just about environmental governance,but involves all aspects of urban construction management.In order to better guide the orderly and efficient renovation projects of alleys in the back street,this paper takes Baiyang Street space as an example,puts forward the objectives and principles of the renovation of alleys in the back street,the principle of defining the renovation red line,as well as different renovation standards and requirements,and discusses the evaluation criteria of each renovation element,so that the renovation project can meet"flat roads,bright lights,clean,orderly,green,and distinctive"renovation requirements.
