摘要
文章针对一师范西校区站新建D1200污水管施工场地狭小、周边道路交通流量大、施工工期紧的现状,经施工方案比选后确定采用人工在工具头前方挖掘,后部采用机械顶进管道,通过人与机械配合来完成顶管施工的手掘式顶管施工技术。该施工技术的成功应用,为此项目取得了良好的社会和经济效益,值得在同类工程中推广应用。
In response to the current situation of the small construction site,high traffic flow on surrounding roads,and tight construction schedule for the newly built D1200 sewage pipe at Hunan First Normal University(West Campus)Station,after the comparison and selection of the construction schemes,it is determined to use manual pipe jacking construction technology with manual excavation in front of the tool head,and mechanical pipe jacking in the rear to complete the pipe jacking construction through the cooperation of people and machinery.The successful application of this construction technology has achieved good social and economic benefits for this project,which is worthy of popularization and application in similar projects.
