摘要
2020年《关于推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展的指导意见》提出,加快推动新一代信息技术与建筑工业化技术协同发展,需在建造全过程加强建筑信息模型(BIM)、互联网、物联网、大数据、云计算、移动通信、人工智能、区块链等新技术的集成与创新应用。鉴于此,文章结合实际项目,对BIM技术在制药工程设计和施工过程中的应用现状进行剖析、总结,提出应用过程中的重难点及解决方案,现阶段面临的挑战和困境,以及对未来BIM应用的展望。
In 2020,the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization proposed to accelerate the coordinated development of the new generation of information technology and building industrialization technology.It is necessary to strengthen the integration and innovative application of new technologies such as Building Information Modeling(BIM),Internet,Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,mobile communication,artificial intelligence,and blockchain in the whole process of construction.In view of this,this paper analyzes and summarizes the application status of BIM technology in the design and construction process of pharmaceutical engineering combined with the actual project,puts forward the key and difficult points and solutions in the application process,the challenges and difficulties faced at this stage,and the prospect of BIM application in the future.
