摘要
目的糖尿病肾病患者采取维持性血液透析联合营养指导措施进行干预的效果。方法选择2020年10月—2022年10月安溪县医院收治的102例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字分组的原则分为对照组(n=51,维持性血液透析)、观察组(n=51,维持性血液透析联合营养指导干预),对比两组患者干预前后预后相关指标、营养指标以及血糖水平。结果观察组血磷、SBP、DBP、BUN、Cr、血钙等参数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组ALB、PA、TP等营养指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FBG、2 hPG、HbA1c等血糖水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者采取维持性血液透析联合营养指导措施进行干预,能改善患者的预后指标,提升营养水平,降低血糖水平,改善患者的治疗预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of maintenance hemodialysis combined with nutrition guidance in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Anxi County Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random number grouping,the patients were divided into control group(n=51,maintenance hemodialysis)and observation group(n=51,maintenance hemodialysis combined with nutritional guidance intervention).The prognosis-related indicators,nutritional indicators and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The parameters of blood phosphorus,SBP,DBP,BUN,Cr,and blood calcium in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nutritional indicators such as ALB,PA,and TP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood glucose levels of FBG,2 hPG,HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of maintenance hemodialysis combined with nutritional guidance measures for patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve the prognosis indicators of patients,increase nutritional levels,and reduce blood glucose levels,which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.
