摘要
目的分析膝关节骨性关节炎疾病治疗方案选择关节镜手术的临床效果及对促进患者关节功能恢复的影响。方法方便选择2020年11月—2022年4月江南大学附属医院骨科接诊治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者68例作为研究对象,按照患者病案尾号奇偶数分作对照组(奇数编号,34例)与观察组(偶数编号,34例)。对照组治疗方案选择开放式手术,观察组治疗方案选择关节镜手术。对两组患者不同术式治疗效果进行评估比较,观察各组患者围术期指标及术后恢复情况,评估两组患者术前、术后3个月膝关节功能恢复情况及生活质量评分变化。结果观察组总有效率(97.06%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.610,P<0.05)。两组手术用时对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量及术后恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后膝关节功能对应项目评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疾病可首选关节镜手术治疗方案,相比开放式手术治疗效果更理想,可有效促进患者膝关节功能恢复。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its effect on promoting the recovery of joint function in patients.Methods A total of 68 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in the Department of Orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from November 2020 to April 2022 were selected conveniently as the research targets.Patients were divided into control group(odd number,34 cases)and observation group(even number,34 cases)according to the odd and even numbers of the end of the medical records.The treatment plan of the control group was open surgery,and the treatment plan of the observation group was arthroscopic surgery.The effects of different surgical treatments were evaluated and compared between the two groups,and the perioperative indicators and postoperative recovery of the patients in each group were observed.The knee joint function recovery and the quality of life scores of the two groups were evaluated before operation and 3 months after operation.Results The total effective rate(97.06%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.610,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative scores of knee joint function corresponding items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery is the first choice for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Compared with open surgery,the treatment effect is more ideal,and it can effectively promote the recovery of knee joint function.
