摘要 为了确保对新建路面标线工作完成度具有高质量和高效率,可以在标线过程中采用集约高效的理念,并且为了省时省力的快速完成标线工作,技术人员研发出一款集清扫和标线于一体的移动式路面标线设备,进一步对该设备的详细施工技术进行探讨和分析,经分析结果显示[1]:相较于传统路面标线装置及其施工技术而言,集清扫与标线于一体的移动式路面标线设备更加具有质量和效率,该设备使得路面清扫和标线工作能够同时进行,不仅大大减少了工作时长,而且弱化了对施工人员的依赖性,标画出的线条更加整齐划一且边界分明;集清扫与标线于一体的移动式路面标线设备经过科学合理的结构规划,具有较佳的联动成效,进一步保障了路面清扫与划线工作的质量。 In order to ensure the completion of the new road surface marking work with high quality and high efficiency,the concept of intensive and efficient can be adopted in the marking process,and in order to save time and effort to quickly complete the marking work,the technical personnel have developed a set of sweeping and marking in one of the mobile road marking equipment,and further discuss and analyze the detailed construction technology of the equipment.The analysis results show that:compared to the traditional road marking device and its construction technology,the mobile road marking equipment integrated sweeping and marking as a whole has higher quality and efficiency.The equipment makes the road sweeping and marking work can be carried out at the same time,which not only greatly reduces the working time,but also reduces the dependence on construction personnel,and the marked lines are more uniform and well-defined.After scientific and reasonable structure planning,the mobile road marking equipment integrating sweeping and marking has a better linkage effect,which further guarantees the quality of pavement cleaning and marking work.
