摘要
目的:分析优化健康体检服务流程在体检管理中的实施效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月于临沂市肿瘤医院健康管理中心接受健康体检的300例体检者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组实施常规健康体检服务流程,观察组实施优化健康体检服务流程。比较两组体检完成情况、体检时间、体检满意度。结果:观察组交单率、体检项目完成率、一次性完成体检率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体检时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组体检总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。结论:优化健康体检服务流程在体检管理中应用效果显著,可提升体检工作效率,缩短体检消耗时间,提高健康管理中心管理质量,体检者满意度较高。
Objective:To analyze the implementation effect of optimizing health check-up service process in medical check-up management.Methods:Three hundred cases of check-ups who received health check-ups at the Health Management Center of Linyi Cancer Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,one hundred and fifty cases each.The control group implemented the routine health check-up service process and the observation group implemented the optimizing health check-up service process.The two groups were compared in terms of health check-up completion,check-up time,and check-up satisfaction.Results:The observation group had a higher rate of bill delivery,completion rate of physical examination items,and one-time completion rate than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of physical examination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction of physical examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).Conclusion:Optimizing health check-up service process is effective in the application of medical check-up management,which can improve the efficiency of medical check-ups,shorten the consumption time of medical check-ups,and improve the management quality of health management centers,with higher satisfaction of medical check-ups.
