摘要
目的 探讨实施基于King互动达标理论的康复护理干预对脑卒中患者机体康复的效果。方法 纳入四川大学华西医院2020-01—2022-01收治的90例脑卒中患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为2组(每组45例),对照组患者进行常规康复护理干预,干预组患者进行基于King互动达标理论的康复护理干预,干预1个月后评估2组神经功能(NIHSS)、认知能力(MMSE)、日常生活能力(Barthel指数)、肢体运动能力(FMA)、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、生活质量(SF-36)及康复训练依从性。结果 干预前,2组NIHSS评分、MMSE评分、Barthel指数、FMA评分、SAS评分、SDS评分、SF-36评分及依从性评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,2组NIHSS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均下降,且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,2组MMSE评分、Barthel指数、FMA评分、SF-36评分及依从性评分较干预前组提高,干预组上述各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对脑卒中患者实施基于King互动达标理论的康复护理干预有利于恢复患者神经功能,调节不良心理,增强认知能力,提高患者日常生活能力与肢体运动能力,且依从性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention based on Kings interac-tive standard theory on physical rehabilitation of stroke patients.Methods A total of 90 stroke patients admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2020 to January 2022 were included as the research objects,and divided into two groups by random number table method(45 cases in each group).Patients in the control group were given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,while patients in the intervention group were given rehabili-tation nursing intervention based on Kings interactive reaching standard theory.After 1 month of intervention,the neurological function(NIHSS),cognitive ability(MMSE),daily living ability(Barthel index),limb motor ability(FMA),and psychological state.[Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],quality of life(SF-36)and compliance with rehabilitation training were evaluated in the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in NIHSS score,MMSE score,Barthel index,FMA score,SAS score,SDS score,SF-36 score and compliance score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of NIHSS,SAS and SDS in both groups decreased,and the intervention group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the MMSE score,Barthel index,FMA score,SF-36 score and compliance score in the two groups were higher than those in the pre-intervention group,and the above scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing intervention based on Kings interactive reaching the standard theory for stroke patients is conducive to restoring patientsneuro-logical function,regulating unhealthy psychology,enhancing cognitive ability,improving patientsdaily living ability and limb motor ability,and has high compliance.
