摘要
目的:观察黄芩安胎方对血热型早期先兆流产患者的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的血热型早期先兆流产患者65例。随机分为对照组(黄体酮胶囊干预治疗)33例和治疗组(黄体酮胶囊+黄芩安胎方干预治疗)32例。比较两组患者治疗前后总有效率、临床指标水平(P、HCG、TSH、CA125)、中医证候评分。结果:治疗组总有效率89.6%高于对照组的65.5%(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候评分显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05);血清HCG显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05);血清CA125显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:黄芩安胎方干预治疗血热型先兆流产可显著改善患者中医证候,并可显著降低患者血清CA125含量。
Objective:To observe the effect of Huangqin Antai formula on patients with early threatened abortion with syndrome of blood-heat.Methods:65 cases of selected patients with early threatened abortion with syndrome of blood-heat,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in control group and 32 cases in treatment group.The control group was treated with progesterone capsule,while the treatment group was treated plus with Huangqin Antai formula on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,clinical indexes(P,β-HCG,TSH,CA125),TCM syndrome score of patients were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 89.6%,which was higher than 65.5%of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05);the level of serum HCG of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05),while the level of serum CA125 of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Huangqin Antai formula for treating threatened abortion with syndrome of blood-heat can significantly improve TCM symptoms of patients and significantly reduce the level of serum CA125 of patients.
