摘要
目的分析难治性耳前瘘管患者进行耳前组织整块切除术治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2020年5月—2022年8月沛县人民医院收治的58例难治性耳前瘘管患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(29例,常规治疗)和观察组(29例,常规治疗+耳前组织整块切除术治疗)。对比两组患者的临床疗效、并发症、脓腔与疼痛消失时间、舒适度与生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率(93.10%)高于对照组(68.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(3.45%)低于对照组(27.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组脓腔与疼痛消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者GCQ、SF-36评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组GCQ、SF-36评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取耳前组织整块切除术治疗难治性耳前瘘管可发挥良好效果,能够改善患者生活舒适度与生活质量,且并发症少,可缩短脓腔、疼痛消失时间,促进预后。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of total resection of preauricular tissue in patients with refractory preauricular fistula.Methods A total of 58 patients with intractable preauricular fistula admitted to Peixian People´s Hospital from May 2020 to August 2022 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and divided into control group(29 cases,conventional treatment)and observation group(29 cases,conventional treatment+lump-resection of preauricular tissue)by random number table method.The clinical efficacy,complications,abscess cavity and pain removal time,comfort and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(93.10%)was higher than that of the control group(68.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(3.45%)was lower than that of the control group(27.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pus cavity and pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in GCQ and SF-36 scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,GCQ and SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of refractory preauricular fistula with total resection of preauricular tissue has good effects,can improve the living comfort and quality of life of patients,and has fewer complications,can shorten the abscess cavity,pain disappear time,and promote the prognosis.
