摘要
目的分析胃癌患者使用微创小切口根治术的治疗效果。方法方便选取2019年1月—2021年12月吉林市肿瘤医院诊治的76例胃癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为常规组和研究组,每组38例。常规组使用常规开腹术进行治疗,研究组使用微创小切口胃癌根治术进行治疗。对比两组患者临床指标、并发症、疼痛程度、应激反应指标情况。结果研究组并发症发生率比常规组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床指标比常规组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疼痛程度评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组应激反应指标低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为胃癌患者使用微创小切口胃癌根治术进行治疗,可以改善患者临床指标,降低患者疼痛程度,且术后并发症少。
Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive radical operation with small incision in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients with gastric cancer diagnosed and treated in Jilin Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as research objects and divided into conventional group and research group according to random sampling method,with 38 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional laparotomy,while the study group was treated with minimally invasive radical gastrectomy with small incision.The clinical indexes,complications,pain degree and stress response indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the stress response index of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive small incision radical gastrectomy in patients with gastric cancer can improve the clinical indicators of patients,reduce the degree of pain,and less postoperative complications.
