柞蚕茧脱胶废水的水质分析与评价

摘要 为科学评价柞蚕茧脱胶废水水质,为后续废水处理提供理论依据,以盖州市榜式堡镇柞蚕制丝企业柞蚕茧为研究对象,建立沸水脱胶、酒石酸脱胶、中性皂脱胶、碳酸钠脱胶、木瓜蛋白酶脱胶、2709碱性蛋白酶脱胶6种脱胶方法,对脱胶废水的COD、氨氮、总磷、总氮、色度、浊度和pH值进行检测,对脱胶废水进行分析与评价。通过对比脱胶率和脱胶废水水质结果发现,碳酸钠脱胶优势较为突出,选择10 g香皂、1 g/L无水碳酸钠对柞蚕茧做预处理后,放入0.2%碳酸钠溶液中,加热至98~100℃,脱胶5 h时,脱胶率达到要求,不存在因丝素蛋白被溶解而产生的过度脱胶问题,且脱胶废水中污染物含量相对较低,COD均值在1200~1500 mg/L之间,总氮均值在24~33 mg/L之间,总磷均值在1.1~1.7 mg/L之间,利于后续废水处理。相对其他方法,碳酸钠脱胶法产生的脱胶废水水质较优,可以推荐企业选用。 In order to scientifically evaluate the water quality of tussah cocoon degumming wastewater and provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up wastewater treatment,we studied the tussah cocoon of Bangshipu Town in Gaizhou,six degumming methods including boiling water degumming,tartaric acid degumming,neutral soap degumming,sodium carbonate degumming,papain degumming and 2709 basic protease degumming were established.Through the analysis of the degumming wastewater quality,it is found that the degumming advantage of sodium carbonate is outstanding.After the cocoon is pretreated with 10 g soap and 1 g/L anhydrous sodium carbonate,it is put into 0.2%sodium carbonate solution,when heated to 98~100℃,the degumming effect is the best when degumming for 5 hours,the degumming rate reaches the requirement,there is no problem of excessive degumming due to the dissolution of Silk fibroin protein,and the pollutant content in the degumming wastewater is low,the main indexes are between 1200 mg/L and 1500 mg/L COD,between 24 mg/L and 33 mg/L TN,and between 1.1 mg/L and 1.7 mg/L TP.Compared with other methods,the quality of degumming wastewater from sodium carbonate degumming process is better,which can be recommended for enterprises.
