摘要
介绍了一种LNG接收站中长直低温管道预保冷工艺及方法[1],其保冷技术不同于传统的管道保冷,对单独的不锈钢管件在焊接及试压前就进行绝热保冷施工,对主要原材料进行性能分析,对施工工艺进行了详细的介绍。PIR保冷主材可以在管道上一次成型,无需块状拼接,尤其对于大管径管道提前进行保冷,降低现场保冷施工难度,在预制场更容易对保冷质量进行全方位、全过程控制,保冷效果更加优越稳定,具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper introduces a pre-insulation technology and method of medium-long straight low temperature pipeline in LNG receiving station.The cold preservation technology is different from the traditional pipeline cooling technology.The separate stainless steel pipe fittings are constructed before welding and pressure test,the performance of the main raw materials is analyzed,and the construction technology is introduced in detail.PIR cold preservation main material can be formed in the pipeline without block splicing,especially for the large pipe diameter pipeline in advance,which reduces the difficulty of the cold preservation construction on site.It is easier to control the whole process in the prefabrication field,and the cold preservation effect is more superior and stable,which has a broad application prospect.
