城市微更新理论下北京市滨水空间改造设计策略探究:以朝阳区高碑店乡1 km2片区研究为例

摘要 本文统筹研究朝阳区高碑店乡1 km^(2)片区,综合考虑区域用地性质、功能产业布局、社区与商业形态等因素,以规划为先导,在城市微更新理论指引下,从空间格局、发展方向以及风貌定位方面探索激活片区思路,并提出了滨水空间改造设计核心策略,打破了传统治水工作中就水论水的自身局限性,坚持以人为本的营城导向,以更高的站位、更大的格局、更宽的视角,深挖区域发展潜力,激发滨水空间活力,点亮水岸商街魅力,营造以生态为基、文化传承、创新带动、水城共融的“运河脉+时尚潮”的大运河北京段第一商街,实现了从水岸割裂到水城共融、背河发展到拥河共荣的根本转变,为新时期全面推进首都治水向更高质量迈进提供了新的实践路径。 In this paper,a 1 km^(2) area in Gaobeidian Township,Chaoyang District is studied comprehensively.With comprehensive consideration of nature of regional land use,functional industry layout,community and commercial form,etc.,the planning and the theory of urban micro-renewal is taken as the guide to explore and activate the area's ideas from the aspects of spatial pattern,development direction and style positioning,and the core design strategy of waterfront space reconstruction is proposed.It breaks the limitation in traditional water control work,sticks to the people-oriented orientation,and uses a higher station position,a larger pattern and a wider perspective to deeply tap the potential for regional development,stimulate the vitality of waterfront space and light up the charm of waterfront commercial streets.The first commercial street of the Grand Canal section in Beijing has been built based on ecology,cultural inheritance,innovation and integration of the water and city.It has realized the fundamental transformation from the separation of the water and bank to the integration of the water and city,and from the development of backing to the river to embracing the river,and providing a new practice path for comprehensively promoting river control in the capital to higher quality in the new era.
