摘要
目的探讨日常生活护理联合延续性护理在小儿哮喘中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至12月兰陵县大仲村中心卫生院收治的90例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)与观察组(45例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施日常生活护理联合延续性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果护理后观察组日间、夜间症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿哮喘中应用日常生活护理联合延续性护理能够有效减轻日间、夜间症状,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing in children with asthma.Methods A total of 90 children with asthma admitted to Dazhong Village Central Health Center in Lanling County from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the daytime and nighttime symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of daily life nursing combined with continuous nursing in children with asthma can effectively reduce daytime and nighttime symptoms and improve nursing satisfaction,which is w orthy of promotion and application.
