摘要
目的探究神经肌肉电刺激联合手法按摩在产后早期会阴瘢痕疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取泰安市妇幼保健院2021年1月至2022年8月收治的86例产后早期会阴瘢痕疼痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为A组(43例)、B组(43例)。A组采用手法按摩,B组采用神经肌肉电刺激联合手法按摩,比较两组疼痛程度(VAS)及睡眠质量(PSQI)。结果产后3个月B组静息VAS评分、性交VAS评分低于A组(P<0.05)。产后3个月B组PSQI评分低于A组(P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉电刺激联合手法按摩在产后早期会阴瘢痕疼痛患者中的应用效果较好,可有效降低疼痛程度,改善睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with manual massage in patients with perineal scar pain in early postpartum period.Methods A total of 86 patients with perineal scar pain in the early postpartum period admitted to Tai’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into group A(43 cases)and group B(43 cases)according to the random number table method.Group A was treated with m anual massage,and group B was treated with neurom uscular electrical stimulation combined with manual massage.The pain degree(VAS)and sleep quality(PSQI)were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 months after delivery,VAS scores at rest and during sexual intercourse in group B were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The PSQI score of group B was lower than that of group A at 3 months after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with manual massage has a good application effect in patients with perineal scar pain in the early postpartum period,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain and improve sleep quality.
