耦合RS与GIS技术的长沙市“十四五”声环境监测点位优化调整研究

摘要 随着长沙市快速发展,其城市规模、功能区布局、城市路网、人口数量等发生了重大变化,原有城市声环境质量监测点位代表性已明显不足,亟需优化与调整。以声环境质量监测点位现状为基础,依据布设规范和城市发展现状等资料,对长沙市声环境质量监测点位进行优化调整,同时利用GIS和高分辨率遥感影像,提高了布点工作效率,增强了点位的规范性、代表性和可行性。优化调整后,监测点位基本覆盖城市建成区,声环境监测网络更加科学合理,能全面、客观、准确地反映声环境质量状况。 With the rapid development of Changsha,great changes have taken place in urban scale,functional area layout,urban road network,population,etc.The original urban acoustic environment quality monitoring points are obviously not representative enough,and need to be optimized and adjusted urgently.Based on the current situation of the acoustic environmental quality monitoring points,the acoustic environmental quality monitoring points in Changsha were optimized and adjustedaccording to the layout specifications and urban development status and other data.At the same time,GIS and high-resolution remote sensing images were used to improve the work efficiency of the point layout and enhance the standardization,representation and feasibility of the points.After optimization and adjustment,the monitoring points basically cover the urban built-up areas,and the acoustic environment monitoring network is more scientific and reasonable,which can comprehensively,objectively and accurately reflect the acoustic environment quality.
