摘要
目的:探究中老年患者膝关节置换术后开展早期功能锻炼及以健康信念模式护理干预的效果。方法:回顾性分析80例接受膝关节置换术治疗的中老年患者的临床资料,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组予以常规护理;观察组予以常规护理基础上开展早期功能锻炼及以健康信念模式护理。比较两组患者干预前后膝关节功能恢复情况、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果:护理前,两组患者的美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)、关节活动度评分(ROM)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者HSS评分及ROM评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者生活质量各领域评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者生活质量各领域评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节置换术后,中老年患者开展早期功能锻炼及健康信念模式护理干预措施,可有效促进患者膝关节功能恢复,降低深静脉血栓(DVT)等术后并发症的发生率,改善生活质量,推广价值较高。
Objective:To explore the effect of early functional exercise and health belief model nursing intervention after knee replacement in middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 80 cases of middle-aged and elderly patients treated with knee replacement.According to different nursing methods,the subjects were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given routine care,early functional exercise and health belief mode of care.The functional recovery of knee joint,incidence of complications and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in hospital for special surgery knee score(HSS)and range of motion(ROM)scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the HSS score and ROM score of both groups of patients increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients in various fields(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early functional exercise and health belief model nursing intervention measures for middle-aged and elderly patients after knee replacement can effectively promote knee joint functional recovery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as deep vein thrombosis(DVT),improve the quality of life.The promotion value is high.
