绳锯切割技术在高铁隧道内无砟轨道上拱整治中的应用

摘要 依托某高海拔高铁隧道内无砟轨道上拱整治工程,结合设计及现场实际情况,分析了无砟轨道上拱原因,重点提出了采用卧轨式电动绳锯切割技术对高铁隧道内无砟轨道上拱病害整治的施工方案,实现了轨道板“微创整治”,成功解决了营业线空间狭窄、天窗点时间短、作业面分散和不中断运营等条件下整治的关键技术难题。结合工程实际情况,系统归纳了绳锯切割的施工技术要求和质量控制要点,验证了卧轨式电动绳锯切割技术在高铁隧道内无砟轨道上拱整治中的长效、安全、高效和低成本,可用于指导类似高铁病害整治。 Relying on a camber treatment project of the ballastless track in a high altitude high-speed railway tunnel,combined with the design and actual situation on site,this paper analyzes the causes of ballastless track camber,and puts forward a construction plan for the treatment of ballastless track camber disease in high-speed railway tunnel by using horizontal rail electric wire saw cutting technology,which realizes the“minimally invasive treatment”of track slab,and successfully solves the key technical problems under the circumstances such as narrow space of existing business lines,short skylight point time,decentralized work surfaces and uninterrupted train operation.Combined with the actual situation of the project,the construction technical requirements and quality control points of wire saw cutting are systematically summarized,and the long-term efficiency,safety,efficiency and low cost of horizontal rail electric wire saw cutting technology in the camber treatment of ballastless track in high-speed railway tunnels are verified,which can be used to guide the treatment of similar high-speed railway diseases.
