摘要
对某型直流高速断路器的带载分断能力进行测试,发现每次试验测量的燃弧时间、截断电流数据波动很大。经过现场实物分析,发现电弧在触头棱边处烧蚀严重、引弧角处跑弧路径随机性过大,本文对触头及引弧角结构进行了优化改进,对触头棱边进行了倒角处理,对引弧角中间部位进行了开槽处理,并进行带载分断试验。试验结果证明了优化方案的可行性,也证实了优化后的结构提升断路器带载分断能力。
The on-load breaking capacity of a certain type of DC high-speed circuit breaker was tested,and it was found that the arc time and cut-off current data measured in each test fluctuate greatly.After on-site physical analysis,it is found that the arc is severely burned at the edge of the contact,and the randomness of the arc running path at the arc striking device is too large.In this article,the structure of the contact and arc striking device was optimized and improved,the edge of the contact was chamfered,the middle part of the arc striking device was grooved,and load breaking test was conducted.The experimental results proved the feasibility of the optimization scheme,and also confirmed that the optimized structure can improve the on-load breaking capacity of the circuit breaker..
