摘要
分析了回收和利用制动能量是提高自卸车运行经济性的重要手段。介绍了超级电容具有快速充放电、寿命长、比功率高等优点,适用于自卸车制动能量回收。针对研究的载重90吨电动轮自卸车,开展了自卸车路况和工况实测分析研究,完成了基于超级电容的传动系统设计研究。构建了基于直接转矩控制的传动系统控制策略,进行了样车和传动系统的地面滚动台架试验。试验结果证明了系统设计和控制策略的有效性,为后续开展工程化应用打下基础。
It is analyzed in the paper that recycling the braking energy is an important way to improve the mining truck operating economy.The Ultra-capacitor is fit for recycling the braking energy of mining trucks,due to the long life,fast charge-discharge,and high power of unit weight.For the 90t pay-load mining truck,the paper researches the road and work condition,and the AC drive system Based on Ultra-capacitor is designed.Control system based on direct torque control is constructed,and the truck and AC drive system are tested on the Roller Test Rig.The results show the validity of the system design and control strategy,which lays the foundation for future applications.
