非稳态气水相对渗透率实验数据处理方法

摘要 实验室处理非稳态气水相对渗透率(相渗)实验数据常用方法是JBN法,其核心是通过拟合累积采液量与采气量的实验数据求解含水率,从而计算并绘制气水相渗曲线,但不同拟合方式所得结果不同。为确保计算的气水相渗曲线数据更加合理,通过实例对比4种含水率拟合方式优缺点,并根据对数函数与反正切函数图像变化规律和相渗曲线变化特点,提出将上述2种函数相结合的非线性函数拟合方式。结果表明:使用非线性函数求解含水率更合理,最终计算的气水相渗曲线数据,更能体现岩心产水量前期迅速上升、后期缓慢增加的变化特征,更符合数据实际变化规律。通过实例分析表明该方法具有较好的普适性,能够更好地反映岩心孔隙内部气水渗流规律。 One commonly used method for processing experimental data of unsteady gas-water seepage in the laboratory is the JBN method,which involves fitting a function to the dimensionless accumulated liquid and gas volume data for solving the water content and ultimately plot the gas-water seepage curve.However,different fitting methods can yield different results.To ensure a more reasonable gas-water seepage curve calculation,this study compares the advantages and disadvantages of various water content fitting methods through examples,and proposes a nonlinear function fitting method that combines logarithmic and inverse tangent functions based on the changing patterns of the images of these two functions and the characteristics of gas-water seepage curves.Results show that using the nonlinear function for solving the water content is more reasonable,and the calculated gas-water seepage curve more accurately reflects the characteristics of rapid increase in water production of the early stage and slow increase in the later stage of rock core production,more in line with actual data changes.The study concludes that this method is widely applicable and better reflects the gas-water seepage law inside rock pores.
