摘要
因数字普惠金融的快速发展为农民收入增长提供了新途径,本研究基于全国流动人口动态监测数据,将流入地为山东省的农民工作为研究对象,实证检验了数字普惠金融对农民工收入的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明:数字普惠金融能够显著提升农民工收入;进一步分析作用机制,数字普惠金融能够通过激励农民工创业实现增收;同时,数字普惠金融对农民工收入的促进作用存在地区差异,主要体现在数字普惠金融对鲁东地区农民工创业行为和收入的影响更显著。基于以上结论,提出要推进数字普惠金融发展,激活农民工创业积极性,稳定增加农民工的收入水平,助力数字红利普惠中低收入群体。
Striving to increase the income of low-and middle-income groups is an important step towards common prosperity.Migrant workers as an important source of middle-income groups,the rapid development of digital inclusive finance provides a new way to increase their income.Based on the China Migrants Dynamic Survey,this study takes migrant workers in Shandong Province as the research object,and empirically tests the impact of digital inclusive finance on migrant workers’income and its mechanism of action.The results show that digital inclusive finance can significantly increase the income of migrant workers;Further analyzing the mechanism,digital inclusive finance can increase income by encouraging migrant workers to start businesses.At the same time,there are regional differences in the promotion of digital inclusive finance on migrant workers’income,which is reflected in the more significant impact of digital inclusive finance on migrant workers’entrepreneurial behavior and income in eastern Shandong.Based on the above conclusions,it is proposed to promote the development of digital inclusive finance,activate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of migrant workers,steadily increase the income level of migrant workers,and help the digital dividend to benefit low-income groups.
