摘要
由于现行技术在堆场喷枪供水系统控制中应用效果不佳,无法达到预期的控制效果。为此,提出堆场喷枪供水系统PLC控制技术研究。根据堆场喷枪供水系统运行特征和物理拓扑结构建立数学模型,描述供水系统运行状态。利用无线传感器采集供水系统运行数据,并对数据转换处理。利用配置后的PLC控制器对系统运行数据综合分析,确定PLC控制器输出变量,并将其反馈到数学模型中,调节和控制供水系统运行参量,实现堆场喷枪供水系统PLC控制。经实验证明,设计技术控制操作响应时间在1 s以内,系统能耗比较小,具有良好的控制效果。
Due to the poor application effect of current technology in the control of spray gun water supply system in the yard,the expected control effect cannot be achieved.Therefore,the research on PLC control technology for the spray gun water supply system in the storage yard is proposed.Establish a mathematical model based on the operating characteristics and physical topology structure of the spray gun water supply system in the yard,and describe the operating status of the water supply system.Utilize wireless sensors to collect operational data of the water supply system and convert and process the data.The configured PLC controller is used to comprehensively analyze the system operation data,determine the output variables of the PLC controller,and feed them back into the mathematical model,adjust and control the operation parameters of the water supply system,and realize the PLC control of the spray gun water supply system in the storage yard.Through experiments,it has been proven that the design technology controls the operation response time within 1 second,reduces system energy consumption,and has good control effects.
