摘要
本研究旨在研究按摩器具产品输入功率不确定度评定的方法。通过采用积分法对IEC 60335-1:2020 6.0版本标准下按摩器具产品输入功率的测量,提出了使用GUM法对按摩器具产品输入功率进行不确定度评定方案,具体步骤包括建立输入功率的测量模型,确定输入功率的不确定度来源,分析了影响输入功率不确定度的因素,包括人为重复性测量、耗电量、电压波动、时间变化等,计算不确定度,并对结果进行验证,最终得出结论。
This article aims to study the method for evaluating the uncertainty of input power of massage equipment products.By using the integration method to measure the input power of massage equipment products under the IEC 60335-1:20206.0 version standard,a GUM method is proposed to evaluate the uncertainty of the input power of massage equipment products.The specific steps include establishing a measurement model for the input power,determining the source of uncertainty of the input power,and analyzing the factors that affect the uncertainty of the input power,including human repetitive measurement,power consumption,voltage fluctuations,etc Calculate the uncertainty of time changes,and verify the results to reach a conclusion.
