摘要
建立了QuEChERS-气相色谱串联质谱法(QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS)快速测定韭菜中10种农药残留的分析方法。韭菜样品经粉碎后用乙腈作为提取溶剂,QuEChERS试剂净化,GC-MS/MS测定基质匹配标准曲线定量。10种农药在10~250μg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R^(2)均大于0.9950;10种农药在韭菜基质中平均回收率均为72.12%~115.09%,精密度RSD(n=3)<10%。该方法简便、准确、高效,可在短时间内完成韭菜中10种农药残留量的检测。
A method for simultaneous rapid detection of 10 pesticide residues in leek was established by QuEChERSgas chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(QuEChERS-GC-MS/MS).The prepared leeks were extracted with acetonitrile,then purified with QuEChERS package,and determined by GC-MS/MS with matrix-matched standard calibration for quantitation.The results demonstrated that the compounds showed good linearity in the range of 10~250μg·L^(-1),and the linear correlation coefficients(R^(2))of the 10 pesticides in leeks were greater than 0.9950.The recovery rates were in the range of 72.12%~115.09%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)less than 10%(n=3).This method is simple,accurate,and efficient,and can detect 10 pesticide residues in leeks in a short period of time.
