大豆干燥油脱色效果与脱色剂的关系研究

摘要 为扩大食用油精炼加工所需脱色剂的选择范围,研究了几种脱色剂的脱色效果及除皂除磷脂能力。结果表明,活性白土的脱色率优于中性膨润土和凹凸棒土。专用二氧化硅粉、麦饭石粉、高岭土粉有脱除残皂残磷的能力,脱色能力弱。先添加专用二氧化硅粉,保持80℃,15 min后再加入0.6%的活性白土等脱色剂保持110℃,20 min后能够显著提升脱色效果。酸化处理后的麦饭石粉、沸石粉具有脱色能力。 To expand the selection range of decolorizing agents required for edible oil refining and processing,the decolorization effects and soap and phospholipid removal abilities of several decolorizing agents were studied.The results show that the decolorization rate of activated clay is better than that of neutral bentonite and attapulgite.Specialized silica powder,wheat rice stone powder,and kaolin powder have the ability to remove residual soap and phosphorus,but their decolorization ability is weak.Firstly,add specialized silica powder and maintain it at 80℃for 15 minutes.Then,add 0.6%activated clay and other decolorizing agents to maintain it at 110℃.After 20 minutes,the decolorization effect can be significantly improved.The wheat meal stone powder and zeolite powder after acidification treatment have decolorization ability.
