摘要
目的探讨血府逐瘀汤合丹参饮加减治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病的效果及临床价值。方法随机选取2019年3月—2020年7月期间就诊于聊城市中医医院的心血瘀阻型冠心病患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规西药治疗)与研究组(对照组基础上实施血府逐瘀汤合丹参饮加减治疗),各30例。比较两组的疗效、中医症候积分、C-ACS评分、ADL评分、血液流变学及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组中医症候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组疗效有效率为96.67%明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.017,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组中医症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组C-ACS评分及ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组C-ACS评分明显低于对照组,ADL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组各血液流变学指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为6.67%明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤合丹参饮加减治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病疗效明显,有利于尽快缓解临床症状,改善血液流变学指标,提高生活能力,降低病死风险及不良反应。
Objective To discuss effect and clinical value of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and Danshen decoction plus reduction in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stasis of heart blood.Methods Sixty patients with coronary heart disease with blood blood stasis admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to July 2020 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into control group(conventional Western medicine treatment)and study group(Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Danshen decoction plus or minus treatment on the basis of control group),with 30 cases in each group.The efficacy,TCM symptom score,C-ACS score,ADL score,hemorheology and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of 96.67%in the study group was significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.017,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in C-ACS score and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the C-ACS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheology indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Danshen Yin has obvious curative effect in the treatment o
