摘要
目的利用知识图谱的可视化方法,对光照疗法治疗抑郁症的研究发展脉络与热点进行了总结,并从分析的结果推断出未来的发展方向。方法以WebofScience核心数据库为基础,结合CiteSpace技术,对发文量、核心作者、研究领域、研究脉络、研究热点等方面进行知识图谱绘制,并进行可视化分析。结果光疗是一种操作简便的非药物治疗手段,可与药物治疗同时使用,无论是医院还是家中皆可进行治疗,有着积极的治疗意义和广阔的治疗前景。结论研究发现,国际上对该领域的发展热度不断增长,从1986年开始出现,而后保持相对稳定,至2017年开始陡升,尤其是近年来的发文量呈指数级增长。北美在国家发文量方面处于领先地位,欧洲在个人发文量方面处于领先地位,我国的发文量也在世界前列。目前国际上没有光疗的统一的治疗方案与标准,未来的研究空间仍然很大。
The work aims to summarize the lines and hotspots of research development in the treatment of depression with light therapy through the visualisation of knowledge graphs and to infer future directions from the analysis results.The Web of Science core database was used as the source material for the study and the CiteSpace technology was used to map and visualize the number of publications,core authors,research fields,research lines and research hotspots.It was found that light therapy was a simple non-pharmacological treatment that could be used in conjunction with medicines,both in hospital and at home,having positive therapeutic implications and a promising therapeutic future.According to the study,the international development of this field has been growing,emerging in 1986 and then remaining relatively stable until 2017 when it began to rise steeply,especially in recent years with an exponential increase in the number of publica-tions.The number of national publications is led by North America,while the number of individual publications is led by Europe,and China is among the world's leading publishers.There is currently no unified treatment protocol or standard for light therapy internationally,so there is still much room for future research.
