摘要
抑郁症患者的认知功能损害是导致其产生适应障碍的重要因素,认知障碍也是抑郁症患者产生自杀意念的重要原因。因此,改善抑郁症患者的认知功能意义重大。然而,认知功能的改善并非一朝一夕,需要从内到外对认知功能损害进行深入研究,分析患者认知功能损害的内、外影响因素,从而改善其认知功能障碍。既往关于抑郁症患者认知功能损害的影响因素并未形成统一的结论,本文主要根据影响抑郁症患者认知功能的外因(社会、心理)及内因(神经、生化机制角度)进行分析,发现抑郁症的发生及病情影响因素包括心理、社会及生理方面,故临床防治抑郁症时也需要从以上3点出发,纠正患者认知功能,保证其生活质量。
Cognitive function damage in depressed patients is an important factor leading to their adjustment disorders,and cognitive impairment is also an important cause of suicidal ideation in depressed patients.Therefore,it is significant to improve the cognitive function of depressed patients.However,improvement of cognitive function does not happen overnight,and in-depth research on cognitive impairment from the inside out is needed to analyze the internal and external influencing factors of patients'cognitive function damage,so as to improve their cognitive dysfunction.Previously,there is no unified conclusion on the influencing factors of cognitive function damage in depressed patients.In this paper,we analyzed the external(social and psychological)and internal(neurological and biochemical mechanisms)factors affecting the cognitive function of depressed patients and found that the factors affecting the occurrence and condition of depression include psychological,social and physiological aspects,so the clinical prevention and treatment of depression also need to start from the above three points to correct the cognitive function of patients and ensure their quality of life.
