摘要
目的:探讨胸腔镜手术与开胸手术治疗纵隔肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2019年5月—2020年7月中国贵航集团三〇二医院胸外科收治的拟行手术治疗的纵隔肿瘤患者44例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各22例。对照组采取开胸手术治疗,研究组采取胸腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者临床指标、不良反应发生率。结果:研究组切口长度、手术时间、术后止痛时间及住院时间短于对照组,术后引流量、术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.039)。结论:胸腔镜手术与开胸手术治疗纵隔肿瘤均有一定疗效,但胸腔镜手术应用价值更高,可改善患者术后恢复情况,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of thoracoscopic surgery and open thoracotomy surgery for the treatment of mediastinal tumors.Methods:Forty-four patients with mediastinal tumors to be treated surgically admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery of China Guihang Group 302 Hospital from May 2019 to July 2020 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group using the random number table method,twenty-two cases each.The control group was treated by open thoracotomy surgery,and the study group was treated by thoracoscopic surgery.The clinical indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The incision length,operation time,postoperative pain relief time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative drainage and intraoperative bleeding were less than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The overall efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.031).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.039).Conclusion:Both thoracoscopic surgery and open thoracotomy have certain efficacy in the treatment of mediastinal tumors,but thoracoscopic surgery is more valuable and can improve patients'postoperative recovery and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
