通过质量管理体系评审,确保实验室质量方针、质量目标、质量管理体系的持续有效性、适应性,并及时进行改进,提出运用国际先进质量管理标准和方法,构建统一管理、共同实施、权威公信、通用互认的质量管理体系,促进检验行业发展和改革创新,强化全面质量管理,全面提高服务质量,显著提高实验室质量管理优势,推动本地区域检验联盟质量管理并保障检验结果的准确性。
Through the quality management system review,to ensure the continuous effectiveness and adaptability of the department´s quality policy,quality objectives and quality management system,and timely improvement,Propose the application of international advanced quality management standards and methods,the quality management system featuring unified management,joint implementation,authority and credibility,and general and mutual recognition shall be established to promote the development,reform and innovation of the inspection industry;strengthen total quality management,comprehensively improve service quality,significantly improve laboratory quality management advantages,promote the quality management of local regional inspection alliance and ensure the accuracy of inspection results.
