摘要
随着《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749—2022)的发布,6项消毒副产物指标从非常规指标调整到常规指标,说明消毒副产物已成为饮用水水质保障的关键问题。饮用水消毒剂以氯消毒剂为主,氯消毒过程中产生的有毒副产物可能带来的致癌、致畸和突变的“三致”毒性问题越来越被重视。研究在中小型水厂常规处理工艺的基础上,结合原水水质特征,对氯消毒副产物的去除进行定向设计,开展了组合应用试验研究,形成了削减和生产抑制为主、生成后去除为辅的全流程多级控制技术。结果表明,采用该技术处理后氯消毒副产物得到有效控制,三卤甲烷质量浓度保持在0.042mg/L以下,且留有很大安全余量,饮水口感明显改善,相关指标均优于企业内控指标和国家标准。
Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 57492022)adjusted six indices of disinfection by-products from non-conventional indices to conventional indices,indicating that more attention is paid to disinfection by-products in drinking water.The main disinfectant for drinking water is chlorine disinfectants.Toxic by-products from chlorine disinfection can produce“three effects”of carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic toxicity that have become a focus of attention.In this study,based on the conventional treatment process of small and medium-sized water treatment plants(WTPs),combined with the quality characteristics of raw water,the removal of chlorine disinfection by-products was designed in a directional way,and the combined application experiment was carried out,forming the multi-level control technology in whole process which was dominated by reduction and production inhibition and supplemented by removal after generation.Results showed that the effective control index of chlorine disinfection by-products was obtained,trihalomethane had been maintained below 0.042 mg/L with a large safety margin.The taste of drinking water was significantly improved after the treatment with this research technology.The relevant indices were better than the internal control index of enterprises and national standards.
