摘要
芜湖三山水厂、繁昌芦南水厂现状取水口上下游水源保护区内存在码头,不满足环保要求,另外繁昌新港水厂取水设施老旧,考虑到3座水厂距离较近,拟对3座水厂取水口进行联合迁改,取水规模为75万m^(3)/d。从投资、运行费用、施工周期和施工难度等多方面对不同取水口选址方案进行比选和论证,推荐取水口选址于繁昌老取水泵房取水口断面下游180m,同步建设45万m^(3)/d三山水厂原水管线及30万m/d繁昌原水管线。对于长江取水,取水高程应结合水文以及通航综合确定;自流管线宜采用双管运行,同时堤外设置防洪阀门井;取水泵房建议设在堤内。迁改工程已建成投产,保障了芜湖人民群众安全用水,同时释放了宝贵的长江岸线资源。
There are wharves in the upstream and downstream water source protection areas of Wuhu Sanshan and Fanchang Lunan water treatment plant(WTP)intakes,which do not meet the requirements of environmental protection.In addition of the old intake facilities of Fanchang Xingang WTP,the intakes of the three WTPs are jointly relocated with the scale of 750000 m^(3)/d.Different water intake site selection schemes are analyzed from the investment,operating costs,construction period and difficulties,and finally put forward the recommended project scheme,which is located 180 m downstream the old water intake pump station of Fanchang,besides,the raw water pipes of Sanshan WTP with the scale of 450000 m/d and that of Fanchang WTP with the scale of 300000 m^(3)/d are constructed at the same time.For the projects of the Yangtze River water intake,the specific location and the elevation of the intake should take into consideration of advices of the hydrology and navigation bureaus.Two gravity-flow pipes are recommended as well as the flood control valve well setting outside the dike.The water intake pump station is proposed to be set inside the dike.The relocation projects have been completed,which ensure safe water for the people of Wuhu and release precious resources along the Yangtze River.
