摘要
体教融合对校园网球发展具有指导性作用,为学校体育的高质量发展提供了机遇,也提出更高的要求。该文主要采用文献资料法展开研究。研究发现:在体教融合背景下,校园网球主要由校内体育教师、校外教培公司和社会公益团体供给构成,但囿于校内体育教师数量和业务水平差异、校外教培机构良莠不齐和社会公益团体的供给效率低等现实境遇。研究建议:在体教融合背景下,校园网球应确立以立德树人为根本任务的行动导向,建立教、学、评一体化的实施标准和构建多部门联合监管评估运作模式的行动路向,以此保障校园网球的可持续发展。
The concrete measures of the integration of sports and education play a guiding role in the development of campus tennis,providing opportunities for the high-quality development of school sports,and also putting forward higher requirements.The research is mainly carried out by the literature method.It is found that campus tennis is mainly composed of on-campus physical education teachers,off-campus education and training companies and the supply of social public-welfare organizations in the context of the integration of sports and education,but it is limited to the realistic situations,such as the differences in the number and professional level of on-campus physical education teachers,the uneven quality of off-campus education and training institutions,and the low supply efficiency of social public-welfare organizations.It is suggested that under the background of the integration of sports and education,campus tennis should establish the action orientation with fostering virtue through education as the fundamental task,establish an implementation standard that integrates teaching,learning and evaluation,and build the action orientation of multi-departments'joint supervision and evaluation of the operation mode,so as to guarantee the sustainable development of campus tennis.
