摘要
当前,大学生的心理健康受到全社会的普遍关注。园艺疗法是一种新兴的心理治疗方法,可以通过让患者参与一系列与植物有关的活动,改善患者心理健康。以学校心理筛查选出的15名心理高危大学生为实验组,15名心理筛查处于正常水平的学生为对照组。通过系统的园艺疗法干预,采用心理危机评估量表对实验组和对照组、实验组前后测量结果进行比较,考察园艺疗法的干预效果。结果表明,通过园艺疗法干预,实验组学生的心理危机在人格特质神经质、抑郁水平、社会支持方面得到明显改善,说明园艺疗法对改善心理高危大学生的症状有显著效果。
At present,the mental health of college students has aroused widely attention in the whole society.Horticultural Therapy is an emerging psychotherapy approach that can improve patients’mental health by engaging them in a range of plant-related activities.15 psychologically high risk college students selected by school psychological screening are taken as the experimental group,15 normal students are taken as the control group.Through the systematic intervention of horticultural therapy,the psychological crisis assessment scale is used to compare the experimental group and the control group,and the experimental group before and after the measurement results,to investigate the effect of horticultural therapy intervention.The results show that after horticultural therapy intervention,the psychological crisis of students in the experimental group is significantly improved in the aspects of personality trait neuroticism,depression level and social support,indicating that horticultural therapy has a significant effect on improving the symptoms of psychologically high risk college students.
