40.5 kV/50 kA真空开关用双层线圈式快速斥力机构驱动技术的仿真研究

摘要 对于高电压大开断容量的真空断路器,为了实现运动机构在长开距下的快速驱动,文中提出一种双层线圈式快速斥力机构来产生更大的电磁斥力,建立仿真模型模拟其运动特性。研究了金属盘厚度、线圈内径、线圈匝数和初始间隙等参数对快速电磁斥力机构运动特性的影响,结果表明:仿真结果与实验结果比较吻合,得出了一般性的设计指导原则。双层线圈式快速斥力机构能够快速动作,满足故障限流器快速开断电路的要求。分闸期间电磁排斥的上升时间非常短,下降时间相对较长,并且电磁排斥力的峰值很大。在此基础上,设计了一种新型排斥线圈放电电路,通过控制不同电容器的放电时序来驱动运动机构,不仅可以满足故障限流器开断电路的速度要求,而且电磁斥力峰值显著降低,很大程度上降低了对斥力机构机械特性的要求。基于本文电磁斥力机构的真空断路器,满足了高压故障限流器的开关装置要求。 For the vacuum circuit breaker with high voltage and high interrupting capacity,in order to realize the fast driving of the operating mechanism in the long clearance,a double-layer coil type fast repulsion mechanism is proposed to generate greater electromagnetic repulsive force in this paper,and a simulation model is set up to simulate its motion characteristics.The effects of the such parameters as metal disc thickness,the inner diameter of coil,the number of turns of coil and the initial gap on the motion characteristics of the fast electromagnetic repulsion mechanism are investigated.The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and the general design guidelines are obtained.The double-layer coil type fast repulsion mechanism can operate quickly and can meet the requirements of fast breaking circuit of fault current limiter.During the opening period,the rise time of the electromagnetic repulsion is very short,while the fall time is relatively long,and moreover,the peak of electromagnetic repulsion force is very large.On this basis,a new type of repulsive coil discharge circuit is designed,which drives the operating mechanism by way of controlling the discharge sequence of different capacitors.It can not only meet the speed requirement of the breaking circuit of the fault current limiter,but also significantly reduce the peak of electromagnetic repulsion force,which,to a great extent,reduces the requirement to the mechanical characteristics of repulsion mechanism.The vacuum circuit breaker using the fast repulsion mechanism in this paper meet the requirements of the switching device of the high voltage fault current limiter.
